What are some of the benefits of being a member of the Community of Scholars?
Scholarship opportunities, smaller class sizes, closer interaction with professors and educational field trips are just a few of the perks that come along with being a member of the program. Recent trips have included visits to a variety of museums throughout the state. Honors students also have early registration privileges each semester, and will be noted at graduation as being a member of the program. Honors graduates have a special decal placed on their diploma and college transcript noting completion of program requirements. Some Community of Scholars members also have the opportunity to participate in annual honors conferences held at the state and regional level each year.
