The Village of Tampa offers an urban location with suburban surrounding. There is a heated swimming pool for year around enjoyment, a recreation center/clubhouse that offers free social gathering for residents, complete kitchen facility, billiards and a complete fitness center. Outdoor entertainment also includes a 1.5 acre lake, basketball court, playground, and RV and boat storage on site. We have a gated entrance and security patrols every evening and a neighborhood watch program.
