What are some of Paul/Sauls weaknesses?
I read this terrific book all about Pau8l called Paul and the Invention of Christianity” but I forgot the author. He said that Paul had more weaknesses than strengths one being that he was not from a Jewish town and couldn’t speak Hebrew well enough to write the New Testament in that language and had to use Greek instead. Another thing was he may have been a Jewish convert because he’d fallen in love with a Levite priest’s daughter but the father wouldn’t agree to marriage even after he studied Hebrew lke crazy and even had himself ciercumcized. Then he started hating Jews because they didn’t accept him to marry into a high priest’s family, which of course according to Leviticus is not allowed even for Jews of any tribe but Levites. Except in the case of a widow because she has to be a virgin, possibly to insure she hasn’t been exposed to any viruses that could alter DNA like Aids does, how it pirates DNA.
