What are some of my responsibilities as an operator of a certified used oil collection center?

0

You and your employees must provide upon request $0.40/gallon (10 cents per quart) to people who bring their used lubricating (motor) oil to your certified used oil collection center. You can accept up to 55 gallons per person per day. You must post a Department-approved certified used oil collection center sign in a location easily visible from a public street. For a full list of responsibilities, see our Operator’s Guide.
