Invest in a protein powder. Personally I use Optimum Nutrition 100% whey Gold Standard because you can get it in 10 pound bags (it saves you a ton of money) It’s fast and easy. Drink one right after you finish working out. I also drink one when I wake up in the morning. It’s a dairy product tho so if you’re allergic you can find a soy protien powder. I also take a casein protien powder shake before bed. It’s probably a little advanced for you right now but it’s a very slow digesting protien so your muscles stay fed while you’re sleeping. (idealy, mix the 2 kinds together) as for solid food egg WHITES are where the protein is at. You’ll see body builders who eat like 12 eggs a day but they’ll only have like 2 whole eggs.
