Most drugs have some side effects, and ALEVE is no different. Mild stomach upset and heartburn are possible side effects. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have more than mild stomach upset or heartburn that occurs with use of ALEVE or if mild symptoms persist. ALEVE may also cause allergic reactions (see next FAQ for more information).
