What are some notable features about Neptune (the planet)?
It’s the bluest of all planets due to the clarity of its atmosphere, it has the fastest winds of any planet in the solar system, it is almost featureless except for a few white clouds and the Great Dark Spot, it has an unusually large satellite for its size, Triton, one of its moons is very eccentric, it’s the only planet to have a previously undiscovered moon larger than one previously known by telescope, Proteus, it’s the farthest planet from the sun, it takes 164 years to orbit, it’s mainly made of hydrogen and helium, it’s the only planet which violates Bode’s “Law” and it has an incomplete system of rings.
