What are some motivation tips for eating healthy and starting to exercise?
Look in a mirror. If you’re happy with what you see then you won’t exercise. If you don’t like what you see then this will encourage you to eat right and exercise to improve yourself. Always think of your exercises as being beneficial and it will make it easier to do them. If you see them as a chore then you’ll never get anything done. Think about the outcome, how could you’ll feel and how healthy you’ll be. You’ll be surprised how easy it is if you get the right mindset.
