Meditation and Visualization: Find a still place, put on some of your favorite relaxing music and by using the color chart above as your guide, visualize your chakras get a sense of where they are on your body. Picture them bright, clear and spinning smoothly. Your chakras are not just on the front of your body, but actually go through from front to back.
