What are some laboratory activities that I can use?
Basically, it all comes down to this. There are some great labs out there, you just need to search, search, search. There are some in the back of our text, but I found most of mine on the Internet. There are hundreds of ideas. Again, the different sciences can use different labs. And again, the teachers can find numerous Web sites and labs in their teacher’s manuals. Experienced teachers are also very helpful for labs that work. As an Earth Science student, I did some helpful labs that helped me see how plate tectonics worked and how the earth’s crust folded and broke, as the plates were moving.
