What are some jobs in the medical field?
There are many jobs in the medical field ranging from those requiring a professional degree to those that require on the job training. Aside from doctors and nurses, there are various technicians who work in the labs and in radiology. There are ancillary staff, such as nursing assistants, patient care techs and medication techs. There are also EMTs and paramedics. Insurance billers and coders are part of the medical field, as are case managers and social workers.
