What are some job options after graduation locally and nationally?
The answer depends on whether you choose to pursue registration or not. As mentioned in the section discussing licensure vs. registration, there are more job opportunities for Registered Dietitians (RDs). However, there are places that do employ graduates who only have a Bachelors degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. Graduates who have not gone on to pursue an internship have gotten jobs as a nutrition educator in a community nutrition setting or in a position similar to that of a Dietetic Technician.
