For virtual pet applications, SuperPoke! Pets get’s the edge over iPet because of the ads scrolling at the top according to this reviewer: http://www.brighthub.com/mobile/iphone/articles/19061.aspx I don’t have my iPhone yet…but these games look like fun. To answer your Bonus Question: One of the newer iPhone apps that looks really great is called “Barista”. It’s available for a nominal fee, right now it’s .99 (on sale) through the iTunes store. Another free app that could be really useful for travelers, parents, anyone who needs a restroom is “Have2p”. Can’t vouch for the validity of the application or app source, but if it’s legit, it looks like it could be great. I’m living vicariously until my trip to the Apple store this summer. Have fun!
