Wow. The tone of your question doesn’t indicate that you have a sense of humor. You sound hostile. The theme of your wedding should be wedding. If you want to layer in some things, I would go with your heritage. But I would layer these things in subtly instead of having replicas of the Eiffel Tower or Leaning Tower of Pisa. For example, if you serve soup with the meal it can be the Italian wedding soup. For the 4th course, instead of ice cream it can be either Italian ice or gelatto. Have the DJ play a few polkas during the dance segment. You can look online to find ethnic traditions. So…you include appropriate wedding elements from your heritage without turning it into a 5 year old’s birthday party.
