What are some ideas for a science fair project that involve psychology?

This is one that I was dying to do in one of my psychology classes in college, but no one would let me. We had to do several projects involving human subjects. In doing so, the human subjects all had to sign an “informed consent” which is a short paragraph stating what was going to happen in the experiment and saying that the human subject had the right to stop the project at any time if he or she felt uncomfortable (you should be able to find examples online). Well, I noticed that 90% of the time, people didn’t read them, they just blindly signed their name (which is extremely dangerous when you’re of age). What I wanted to do was do an experiment to see how many people truly read it before signing it. I would write up the informed consent but hidden in one of the sentences would be “The person signing this has agreed to sell me their soul to participate in this experiment” or “The person signing this has agreed to give the conductor of this experiment twelve dollars on completion of
