Alcohol – Many alcoholic drinks are fined (ie clarified) using animal ingredients watch out for cochineal in red or brown coloured drinks. All cask conditioned “real” ales will have been fined with isinglass, and some keg, bottled and canned bitters, milds and stouts also.
