What are some healthy ways to deal with stress?
Take deep breaths and calm your mind. Don’t let any thoughts come in. You might look into meditating. Listen to some music that you can relate to. Sing along. Play an instrument. Draw something. Exercise. Play with a kitten. Often when you are thinking about too many things, the simple solution is too tune all that out and just focus on nothing or on one little thing. It takes your mind off of any worries you have, at least for a little while, and allows you to let some happiness and calmness come into your mind. After taking a break for awhile, keep yourself calm and think about the things that are making you anxious. Think about why they make you feel the way they do and how you can deal with that. If you’ve got alot of things to get done, write them down. Then re-organize by priority. Then go a step further and plan out each part of each thing you need to do.
