Keep eating what you are eating just make better choices: Always buy wheat or whole grain breads Cook with olive oil or cooking spray Lots of fresh veggies or even those steam fresh veggies in the freezer Chicken, fish, shellfish and lean cuts of pork and tukey. Especially in the summer time utilize the grill as much as possible!! I also substitute ground chicken and turkey instead of beef for burgers, chilies, sloppy joes, spaghetti. 9 times out of 10 they don’t even notice and you are lowering fat, calories and cholesterol!
