I am trying to gain weight by eating more portions of healthy food throughout the day, but I need some ideas on different foods I can eat to add variety to my diet. What are some quick, easy, and healthy high-calorie foods or meals that I can make to up my caloric intake? The only thing I can think of that I am eating right now is whole grain sandwiches with lots of natural peanut butter in the middle, but that gets dry and old real fast. Does anyone have any other suggestions on foods I could try out to help gain weight? And for those of you who have successfully gained weight, can you share your secrets.
