What are some Guatemalan Desserts that don have citrus?
Well, there is Pao de Banano – a Guatemalan banana bread. It usually has lime in it, but it’s just as tasty without it. There’s a couple versions of it, actually. One with coconut milk and one without. There are also these guatemalan cookies (I forget the proper name for them) that sound odd, but are seriously awesome.
