What are some great healthy recipes for lunch and dinner? What about snacks?
I know a lot of recipes, but cannot write them all. Let me start by suggesting that you go on foodnetwork.com and look up the show “Everyday Italian” because Giada de laurentiss has tons of healthy and delicious italian recipes that are made with fresh ingredients. Let me give you a simple one that I use all the time. This is for a pasta salad. First, heat up olive oil and some chopped garlic in a saute pan. Then add halved cherry tomatoes and let them soften. Then add a bag of fresh spinach. You can find it in the produce aisle next to the lettuce. Chop it and add to the pan. Let it wilt. Then, add this mixture to some cooked rotelle noodles(they look like spirals). After that, add a bag of mixed italian cheeses. They have a 4cheese italian bag at the grocery store. This is a delicious and nutritious recipe and you can buy wheat noodles if you want or buy white and wheat and mix it up!!
