What are some good writing skills for a myth?
Zoe, if you can write the question for yahoo answers, you can write out the story. Start with the idea of what you want to write about. In any story there has to be a beginning(the start of the story), a middle(what happens) and the end(the last thing that happens). Most people are scared to start because they are sure they can’t do it. Relax, calm down and stop telling yourself that you are no good at it. The little voices in your head don’t have to be believed, they might be wrong you know! Just start writing. You might be pleasantly surprised. Your assignment isn’t to write a book, just a story. That’s what a myth is, a story. Make sure you put capital letters where they belong, pretend you are telling the story to someone you talk to all the time and is listening with an open mind. This is how I got started years ago and you know what? The voices in my head started getting quieter and I found out I truly enjoyed writing and that I was good at it.
