First of all, you have to put the weight on. It may come a little hard because you are only 13, so you are still growing. Eat lighter but more often. I eat 6 meals a day, each meal being 3 hours apart. Eat some healthy things. Don’t just hit up the fast food restaurant. Your strength needs to be up. You are young and if you just started, I wouldn’t expect it to be that high especially at your weight. I was in the same situation so it’s ok, just stay consistant and work hard. I stress the word consistant because it’s very important. When you do your workouts, do the exercise at a slow but steady rate. Don’t go slow motion lol, but keep at a steady rate, so the exercise concentrates on the muscle group that you are working on. Do not lock out your elbows so bend your back when doing bench press, it is very hard on the joints and can cause long term injury.
