What are some good weight loss tips for teenagers?
I’m 17 and overweight and my parents are constantly drilling me about my size. As I’m preparing to get a job and start college this fall, I’m going to be pretty busy over the summer. What are simple things I can do to help me lose weight. PS -> Last fall I was losing weight because I did marching band, but once that was over my school load became heavier and heavier and I had less free/leisure time.
