Actually some very simple things that you can do without any props. Do stretch exercises like Tuck your toes and keep your knees straight as best as you can. while sitting stretch out to one toe and then the other. Try sitting down and getting up by doing just that without using your hands to help . You can do it after practice. One of the easiest and best is to just walk for certain intervals of time getting used to walking farther each time at least 3 times a week. Sit up crunches are great but sometimes you need to use the couch or something else to help keep your feet down.
