By consistently thanking staff and expressing appreciation for jobs done well, done on time, etc. Also, this time of year a formal All Staff Memo identifying general successes of the organization thanking staff for all they did to contribute to it can be a morale boost when done sincerely. With the holidays, a “Secret Santa” that randomly leaves inexpensive gifts with notes of appreciation can provide some enhanced morale.
