What are some good ways to increase foot speed and quickness so i can run a faster 40?
Naturally, you would already be doing lots of cardio. So i’m not going to waste time saying that. But some good things to do is build up leg strength lifting weights. And by leg strength, I mean calf, hamstring, and thighs. And if you know it, the shape of your foot and your shoes might not match. There are high arched, flat, and mid arched foot types, and there are shoes that fit to the shape of your feet. I am a runner myself and both strength training to build up the muscle, and cardio to build up he endurance are key.
