What are some good ways of locating “missing” or “lost” classmates?
There is no single best way, but here are some approaches that have worked well so far: (a) sending postcards or letters by U.S. mail to the last known home addresses; (b) calling or mailing friends and relatives of missing alumni; (c) conducting Internet searches – some useful sites include www.zabasearch.com, www.google.com, and www.classmates.com; (d) contacting past employers; and (e) contacting former universities, including their alumni associations. Finding some of our classmates may be rather challenging, but worth the effort.
