Oh wow, how lucky you are! Remember, the only silly questions are those that are not asked. Tomato Sauce can be used for a base of your Marinara Sauce, Soups and/or Stews. Deeper recipes can be researched to make you own dressings and bases with all this sauce, or add some of your own love and “can it ” for the summer to make salsa’s and dips. Does you brother live in Ohio? I’m so envious of your gift, have fun and experiment with it since you have so much and the shelf time is quite lengthy with this product, have fun!
