Fresh veggies are good, carrots, squash, broccoli, cucumber, romaine lettuce, etc. Fresh fruits are good as well, apples, pears, bananas, etc. Don’t give fuits like oranges, lemons or grapefruit though. You can also offer whole grain foods and cereal. Plain oats are also great.
