What are some good texts on employee empowerment?
It’s not thought of as a text on employee empowerment, but I think that Peter Block’s classic text, Flawless Consulting, is very useful for giving employees a sense of how they can be more influential, authentic, and effective. Our VP for Human Resources put me on to the book years ago, and it’s one of the things that I find myself frequently passing forward to others.
