make sure ur arms are at a 90 degree angle and pump striahgt for DO cross the mid body with ur arms u need to land on ur midsole to toe and Push off its important to pump arms bc they add momentum so ur legs dont get tired also when ur feeling down just tell ur self if i can keep going ill be as good as the best runner someday ; which actually happened to me aha and when ur running up hills pump ur arms up look 10 meters in fornt of u shorten your strides quicken ur freuquency of steps and raise ur knees higher make sure u take a steady beat of short deep quick breaths and eveyr know and then a longer deeper breath
