What are some good sources of protein for my little vegetarian?
Beans, lentils, nuts, eggs, whole grains, dairy. Everything has some protein in it, so it’s not likely he’s suffering from a protein deficiency. If you actually started counting grams of protein throughout the day, I think you’d be surprised to find that he gets enough without thinking about it (especially if you eat brown rice, whole grain bread, etc, instead of their white counterparts).
