A good form for running is to always have your back straight. Never slouch while running because it decreases your air intake. Increasing your core muscles [stomach area] by crunches or sit ups and it will help you run upright and breathe better. Your arms should be in a 90 degree angle while running and your hands should be loose and opened. Pump or swing your arms faster to move your legs quicker. Breathing is different for everybody. Usually people breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. Just practice running and you’ll find a way to breathe your way. What works for me is i breathe in for about 4 steps and breathe out for about 2 steps when my left foot hits the ground. [Breathing out on my left foot prevents the cramps for me] Your feet shouldn’t be stomping on the ground too. For short distance- try to be on the tips of your feet For long distance- try to do light steps and breathe out when your left foot hits the grounds. Relax on long distances but gain speed over
