I’m assuming you’re vegetarian but not vegan. PF Chang’s has several good vegetarian choices, even a vegetarian section on the menu. The coconut curry vegetables are great and look great too. You wouldn’t feel like you were getting the “vegetable plate” with that. PF Chang’s isn’t in every city though. Ruby Tuesday has a decent salad bar and a half-way decent veggie burger. At least they have something to order. Carrabba’s has Pomodoro Sauce. Also Tagliarini Picchi Pacchiu Romano’s Macaroni Grill has several vegetarian options. Old Spaghetti Factory – several vegetarian options.
