There’s A WHOLE LOT of cookbooks on the market and in your local library. If you’re asking about menu planning for commercial use: Banquets, buffets, etc. for more than 10 or 20 people, I had two cookbooks: “Wenzel’s Menu Maker” and “Food for Fifty”.
