What are some good non-fiction books about the Holocaust?
don’t apologize this is a really interesting topic that many should want to know more about. i don’t know how old you are but you said you have night so i’ll assume early teen. -I will plant you a lilac tree by Laura Hillman, it’s also a wonderful love story – the upstairs room -David’s story -of course the dairy of anne frank – ten and twenty, actually about french school children hiding jews and tricking NAZIs but still a great read -the key -Schindler’s list and for some great historical fiction – the devils arithmetic by jane yolen -if i should die before i wake by han nolan and these next two are more about NAZI children, in both the families hide jews -the book thief-historical fiction -behind the bedroom wall by laura e. williams-non-fiction who might also want to check out the book i never saw another butterfly, it is a collection of poems and drawings done by children in concentration camps, it is a beautiful, up-lifting harrowing book i hope i helped, these are just some of m
