What are some good movies that demonstrate moral courage?
LilyRT hit it on the nose when she listed 12 angry men. I am sure she meant the Original. Fantastic movie. Demonstrates how difficult it can be to stand up to a strong will that sways others in the crowd against you. Side note: Horton hears a who. Childish indeed. The main character stands against all the people he knows to do the right thing while everyone thinks him to be the fool. Most children’s stories deal with moral courage. So if this is for a class project I would suggest looking a those movies. They are the source what we as adults believe to be the ‘right’ way to act and interact with the world around us. They are meant to teach children examples and ingrain within them what we as a society value. That is the basis for most children’s cartoons.
