Leg lifts are good. Also, if you sit on a bench, with your legs hanging off of the end, and do crunches making your body into a V-shape, that also works (your knees will be bent). Lower abs rocks are also good. These are essentially the same as leg lifts, only this time you bend the knees a little and bring them all the way up, and rock them to the ground and back up. Another exercise involves a partner, and one person lies on their back at the other person’s feet, holding onto their ankles. They bring their legs up to the other person’s chest, who pushes them down either to the left, right, or middle, and the person on the floor has to resist the push enough to not let their feet touch the ground, and bring them back up. Repeat this for about 30 seconds or so, and do it 4 times.
