What are some good low carb foods that everyone in the family will like?
Sarah, I’m a Type 2 diabetic and, as such, really have to live a low carb lifestyle. The thing that I’ve found that makes the most sense is to try to incorporate as much meat as possible into everyday recipes and meals. There are so many things to do with meat as long as you stay away from breading and sugar-filled sauces. Meats are really filling as well, and get you to “full” faster than carbohydrate-laden foods. What I really like to do is buy the meats that are on sale, and just be creative with them! I’ve found the crock pot to be an excellent tool for doing this. Hope this helps!
