What are some good Japanese supermarkets in London?
There aren’t really many specific Japanese supermarkets. Just general Oriental supermarkets as the countries use similar/same ingredients. Here are some supermarkets I’ve found on the allinlondon webbie: Arigato Japanese Supermarket – 48-50 Brewer Street, Soho W1F 9TG [Japanese] Nippon & Korea Centre – 9 Wardour Street, Soho W1D 6PF [General Orient] Oriental Delight – 14 Gerrard Street, London Chinatown W1D 5PT [General Orient] New Loon Moon – 9 Gerrard Street,London Chinatown W1D 5PL [General Orient] Wing Yip – 544 Purley Way, Waddon, Croydon, CR0 4NZ [General Orient] Wing Yip – 395 Edgware Road, Cricklewood, London, NW2 6LN [General Orient] I’m familiar with Wing Yip as it is a very well known Oriental supermarket. The one near me in Birmingham has a small section made up of Japanese goods.
