What are some good foods to eat before a test..?
while just appearing for a test, it’s best for anyone to have a breakfast with a good amount of glucose. Reason for the same; glucose is brain food, ie the brain accepts only glucose to work with, no fats, proteins etc. So next time you go for an exam, it would be a good idea to have a light breakfast with milk (with sugar) and a toast or cereal with some apples ( the help keep you alert). and don’t forget you should take deep breaths while taking the test to provide the much needed oxygen too. you could also carry some glucose rich candies etc. to eat during the test (if allowed) PS ALL THE BEST!!!!!!!!!
Obviously avoid any consummation of alcohol and cigarettes. Eat regularly and moderately, the way you always do. Stick with healthy food for breakfast such as cereal with milk and orange for energy, and maybe more greens, a warm soup, and fish (brain food) for dinner. Food alone will not necessary help you get started for the test. Make sure you have a good night sleep (rest) which is even more important than just food (energy). Meditate 1 hr. just before the test will also help you feel relaxed and better concentration. G’luck!
-Don’t eat any junk food or caffine(i.e. coffee, energy drinks. -Drink just enough water. Little enough that you won’t have to use the bathroom, but make sure you’re not dehydrated. Then all you’ll think about is how thirsty you are and not the test. -Eat plenty of fresh foods. Your favorite fruit, veggie, or nut would do. -Besides food, get enough sleep, keep energized, and be confident. If you do that(and have knowledge of the subject), I promise you will do great!
