What are some good fat-burning foods?
There are no such thing as fat burning foods in the purest sense. However, when on a calorie controlled and nutrition sufficient regime + exercising regularly, there are foods / tricks that help boost your metabolism, which in turn will help you burn excess storage fat. 1) Tabasco sauce – have a few drops with lunch and dinner. This will boost your metabolism 2) Drinking lots of water – 3-4 litres a day will increase your metabolism 3) Oily fish – have a slice of smoked mackerel / salmon twice or three times a week. The essential fatty oils will boost your metabolism 4) Green tea – as such as you can handle 5) Flax seed oil (Lynn seed oil) – essential fatty acids that boost the metabolism Remember, none of the above tricks will work if you do not follow a good diet and exercise regularly!
