I know Piers Anthony had a collection called Double Exposure which were part of the Adept series. Those were quite good. I’d recommend the Xanth novels by Piers Anthony, but it is a very long series at this point and it’s kind of hard to jump in. His Incarnations of Immortality series is excellent, though.
