Ha I’ve just got back from a Ball Class! Lie over the ball and put your hands on the floor. Keep the ball at your stomach and do press ups. Then instead of putting your elbows out to the sides. Keep them straight so you work the Triceps to. Lie on your back and hold the ball between your feet with your legs in the air. Make slow large circles in the air with the ball, then go in the opposite direction then try making semi circles with the ball going from side to side. Sit up with legs out in front and hold the ball over your toes, slowly lift it over your head and then right back till your lying on the floor. then slowly lift it back and carry the ball back to your feet. Keep doing these for a couple of weeks and i promise you’ll feel the difference!
