What are some good exercises I can do at home?
You should do strength exercises and cardio. Strength exercises are when you use weights or the weight of your body for repetitive motions targeting a specific area of your body. Examples of this are push-ups (you can do them on your knees to start if you are not strong enough), sit ups/crunches, squats, lunges, etc. Cardio is steady movement for an extended period of time that gets your heart rate up and you a little out of breath. Examples of this are running, brisk walking, cycling, rollerblading, aerobics class, etc. For results on your figure and weight, you will need to do both. Good luck!
