What are some Good Exercises for Trapezius Muscles?
Upright rows are good for building up your traps as well as your deltoid muscles. Shrugs will also target the traps. There is an exercise that I like to do called the “clean and press”, it taxes the traps as well as many other muscles of the body. If you have access to a heavy bag, I suggest using one. Hitting the heavy bag will result in strong and dense neck muscles and deltoids. You can also tie a small amount of weight to your head and lift up with your neck, then move left to right, clockwise then counter-clockwise. Boxers do that to develop a strong neck so they don’t get knocked out easily in the ring. Hope this was helpful.
