What are some good exercises for slimming down butt and thighs?
I have the same issue. My butt and thighs are my big problem area. I find that squats and lunges really help. Make sure you stretch out well both before and after or you’ll end up really sore. Also, I was going to say walk briskly on a treadmill when it’s inclined as high as it goes but since you don’t have access to one, try finding a place to walk or run uphill. Running on steps will help too, or even just doing exercises in your living room with a step. One exercise I do with a large ball is to stand with your back to a wall. You put the ball between the wall and your back and do squats while pressing the ball against the wall. It seems to help with form. Good for you for losing 20 pounds by the way. Just remember that it can take some time to look toned after losing weight. Don’t be too hard on yourself. If you’re only a size 14 and you’ve lost 20 pounds, that’s awesome, you’re well on your way.
