Your English teacher isn’t going to be too proud of that sentence! Here are a few good earth science projects that allow to you to build a model and that I’m sure you will be able to explain (if you need to give an oral or written presentation.) –> Make a model of the Earth’s layers. Show the crust, upper mantle, lower mantle, outer core and inner core. Explain what states each layer is in (solid or liquid) and what types of rocks/minerals you can expect to find in each layer (for example, is the layer iron rich?) You can use a large Styrofoam ball, cut out a quarter of it and paint each layer a different colour. –> Make a model of the water cycle. This is a good diorama project. Go to the hardware store and buy a thin sheet of plywood that is large enough for this diorama. You can paint a background if you like on the wood, including sky, ground, rivers, and underground. Add some large arrows to show the direction of the water cycle. Make sure you mention evaporation, transportation
