Well, salads are good. Soy milk is a really great drink, Soy beans. Sushi is raw fish, and expensive but it’s very healthy. Diet sodas, Cheerios, and boiled eggs also help. If you like salt, don’t put a lot on your food. It already has enough salt in it.
